Approach
A point of view.
An open record.
A resource, not an independent rating.
This site is not a government publication, an independent fact-checking service, or legal advice. It makes the underlying public records easier to find and read.
Three things we keep separate.
- The record
- Quoted passages are identified as excerpts and linked to the original public document. Capitalization is preserved. Short excerpts do not replace the full record.
- Our explanation
- The short answers and context are our explanations. Read the source alongside them and form your own view.
- The limits
- An estimate is not a guarantee. A proposed amendment is not an enacted law. Each answer states a relevant limit or question that the quoted text does not settle.
Start with the originals.
The source register brings together the official ballot listing, proposed constitutional text, initial fiscal analysis, and the related 2026 law.
Open the source registerAnalytics: we use PostHog to count page views on this site. Analytics requests are sent to PostHog in the United States. We store a random, site-specific browser ID in local storage and rotate it after 30 days to estimate unique browsers, not people. We use no cookies, no cross-site matching, and no session replay. Topic filters work in your browser without sending your selections anywhere. Rotation does not delete earlier events: PostHog's paid plan lists seven-year event retention, but we have not verified whether it is enforced for this project.
